Memento Mori is a 2-hour workshop facilitated by Becky Robison (death doula & author) & Leah Raidt (trauma-informed meditation teacher & poet) intended to help us remember that we will die. Through writing prompts, guided meditation and a living funeral ritual, Leah and Becky encourage confronting and contemplating death.
